Where the container sits matters as much as its size. In Trinity, with its 21,232 residents, a driveway is the usual spot, and a roll-off truck commonly needs a long straight approach plus clearance overhead to set it down.
If a driveway will not do, street placement may need a permit from Trinity. Ask how long that takes and who applies for it, so the paperwork is not still pending on drop-off day.

Containers and portable restrooms are often sold by separate companies. Start with a single call and ask about both.
Describe what is going in rather than guessing yards. Roofing, concrete and household clutter all load very differently.
You deal with a hauler serving your area, where one covers your address. Their rates and rules are the ones that apply.
The line takes calls 24/7, including nights, weekends and holidays. Delivery times are set by the local provider.
Ask about 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yard containers. Not every provider stocks every size, so have a second choice in mind.
Before you book in Trinity: answers on sizes, permits, weight and restrooms.
Go by the job, not the house. A single bathroom or small cleanout in Trinity often fits a 10 yard, a kitchen or several rooms of flooring a 15, and a mid-size reroof or full-floor remodel a 20. Going one size up usually costs less than a second haul.
On private property, usually not. On a street, sidewalk or other public right of way, many towns do require one, and the rules differ across FL. Check with the Trinity public works or permit office before the drop-off date.
Public events and many job sites call for accessible units. Federal standards generally ask that part of a cluster, and at least one unit, be accessible. Your Trinity event permit or site contract may spell out exactly how many you need.
On job sites, weekly visits are a common starting point, with more added for larger crews. For a one-day Trinity event, units are often just placed clean and pumped at pickup. Agree on the schedule when you book, so it matches actual use.
Container size, rental length, what is going in it, how far the hauler drives and local landfill fees all play a part. Trinity rates come from the provider who covers your address, so ask what weight is included and what an overage costs.
Federal OSHA sets a minimum by crew size, starting at one toilet for a crew of 20 or fewer, and Trinity or Florida rules may add to it. Share your peak headcount with the provider so the unit count and cleaning schedule suit the work.
